To have your baby at our purpose built birth centre, you should ideally be based within a 1 hour radius

This enables us to offer a safe practice within the following areas of the North West of England:

Cheshire, Manchester, Liverpool, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Lancashire, North Wales and parts of Derbyshire.

*We now cover the whole of the UK, simply contact us with your details and we will check to see if we have a midwife available in your area.*

Directions:

From Manchester to the Private Birth Centre:

M60 – M56 towards Chester

M56 junction 10 for A49

At roundabout, take 2nd exit for A49 Whitchurch

At traffic lights turn left A533, Runcorn Road towards Barnton

Proceed through Barnton, down the hill, at lights turn right across bridge (A533)

Next lefts straight through

Next lights right onto Moss Road (B5374)

Next lights left onto Chester Road (A559) under railway bridge.

Take 2nd right onto Darwin Street (Williamson’s bakery on the corner)

‘The Private Birth Centre’ is on the left hand side couple hundred yards after entering Darwin Street.

From Chester to the Private Birth Centre:

You can take the M56 from Chester towards Manchester exiting at Junction 10 and follow the above directions after leaving the motorway.

Alternatively:

From Chester, follow A51 towards Nantwich.

At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Tarvin Road A51

At roundabout take 1st exit onto Holme Street (A54)

Leave A54 and head straight onto Chester Road (A556)

Leave A556, taking the left hand slip road for Hartford/Northwich

Continue along Chester Road through 3 sets of traffic lights.

Under railway bridge and take 2nd right onto Darwin Street (Williamson’s bakery on the corner)
