'Express' Parent Education Sessions:

These sessions are aimed at those couples who have little time for lengthy parent education; or are second time parents and want to refresh themselves prior to the birth of their baby. Each session is a group session and will last for 2 hours; you can attend the 'all you need to know', group session in the Empowerment Suite or Specific sessions about 'Water Birth', 'Normal Birth after c-section' can be attended in other break out rooms.

The 'All you need to know' session covers:

• How to achieve the birth you want
• Everything you need to know about your birth
• How your partner can support you
• Pain Management Options
• How to avoid a c-section
• How to achieve a normal birth
• All you need to know about breast feeding.

**As an Introductory offer, if you quote: BIW in your booking request, the cost for this session is just £10 per couple.
