The details below show various holistic therapies available to you to purchase for yourself or to buy as a gift. The range of therapies can be booked directly with the birth centre on 0800 3800 579 . The practitioners are midwives who are qualified and are insured to provide these extra services.

Hypnosis for pregnancy & birth	Birth your baby in a calm, relaxed and gentle way whilst remaining in control throughout your pregnancy and birth.	£250 per course (4 sessions)
Parent Education	Know everything you need to know about birthing naturally and early days with your baby.	Option 1: £65 (one to one session lasting 2 hrs) Option 2: £100 (2x one to one session) Option 3: £50 (group session lasting 2 hrs)
Breech Clinic	Explore you options of birth and different ways of encouraging baby to turn head down by him/herself (ideally 35 – 37 weeks).	£100 (plus mileage) Follow up £50 (plus mileage)
Pregnancy / Aromatherapy Massage	Relax and just pamper yourself or address some common aches and pains of pregnancy; either by basic massage or using aromatherapy oils.	£45 per session or 3 sessions at £115 (45 mins)/ £50 per session or 3 sessions at £125 for aromatherapy massage.
Reflexology	Relax and treat some aches and pains of pregnancy by reflexology.	£45 per session or 3 sessions at £115
Reiki	Spiritual healing and rebalancing your energies.	£45 per session or 3 sessions at £115
